We’re bombarded all the time… Buy this! Look at that! Over here!
It seems you can not turn around without the cell phone going nuts or an ad being displayed on some form of media. (It really annoys me that I now get ads on my phone) Anyway, that is where we are with technology today.
The problem is… with all the noise, how do we filter out what is truly valuable and what is not? Not an easy thing to do. And, today I just want to issue a reminder rather than go down that long road… And, my reminder is simply this:
NO MATTER THE MESSAGE, THE VALUE IS WHAT MATTERS
I was recently reminded of this… When I look around Mesa and drive the communities I see more and more evidence each day of what a beautiful area it is. I see the opportunity available to each of too due to the down market. Really, when you buy a home for sale in Mesa, what are you buying? For me it was lifestyle… And for me, that is all that matters because it represents the value I pull out of the purchase of my home.

Homes with beautiful landscaping, custom kitchens, pools, spas, and high end fixtures all on the market for less than reproduction costs in some instances! This type of market offers you the opportunity to buy nearly twice the lifestyle as in the past due to the prices being so low. Remember a house that sold for 800k a few years ago and is now selling for 450k is the same house. The value that home provides is still the same only the price fluctuates.
Someday the prices will fluctuate in a positive direction too. Everything cycles… The question is do you want to spend 50% to get the 100% of value you look for in a home for sale in Mesa, or would you rather wait until price and value are both back to 100%?
